This is why the neutralizing effect is visible even on hair with base 8, 9 as well as 10!

Directions: wash hair and rinse, apply Cool Blonde Fluid to wet hair and massage. Then comb, leave on from 30 seconds to 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
